Aoraforge Terms of Service.

1. What Aoraforge does

Aoraforge delivers AI search citation diagnostics — automated polling of named AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude via Brave Search as substrate) to measure whether a customer's website is cited in AI-generated answers to specified queries. Aoraforge returns a written report containing the polled data, Wilson 90% confidence intervals per query × platform, and observations.

Aoraforge does not provide:

• Financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any regulated professional service.
• Guaranteed citation outcomes, search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue impact.
• Content posted to third-party platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) on the customer's behalf, except as specified in writing for the AI Search Citation Pack tier.

2. Customer responsibilities

By submitting a website URL or query set to Aoraforge, the customer represents and warrants:

• The customer owns or is authorised to represent the website submitted.
• The customer has authority to enter this agreement on behalf of any business named.
• Queries submitted are lawful and do not target third parties for the purpose of harassment, defamation, or unlawful competition.
• For paid tiers that draft content under the customer's identity, the customer is responsible for reviewing all drafts before publication and for compliance with the publishing platform's terms of service and any applicable professional or regulatory rules.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Payment is processed by Stripe; Aoraforge does not store payment card details. Orders are non-cancellable once polling has commenced (typically within minutes of intake form submission).

4. Limitation of liability

Aoraforge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount the customer paid Aoraforge for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances is Aoraforge liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if Aoraforge was advised of the possibility of such damages.

This cap and these exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

5. AI search platform changes

AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and the Brave Search substrate) update their indexes, ranking signals, and answer-generation behaviour on schedules outside Aoraforge's control. Reports describe what each platform returned at the time of polling. Aoraforge does not warrant that subsequent polls of the same query will return the same result. Wilson 90% confidence intervals on every measurement are Aoraforge's discipline for communicating this uncertainty honestly.

6. Privacy and data handling

Aoraforge stores: customer email, the website URL submitted, the queries submitted, the polling logs, and the rendered report. Polling logs and rendered reports are retained in Cloudflare KV with a 30-day expiration. Customer email is added to Aoraforge's mailing list (Resend Audience) for delivery of the report and may receive infrequent product updates; customers may unsubscribe at any time.

Aoraforge does not sell customer data to third parties. Aoraforge shares data only with the named subprocessors required to deliver the service: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting + KV + email pipeline), Resend (transactional email), Brave Search / SerpAPI / Perplexity / OpenAI (AI search platform polling).

7. Intellectual property

The methodology essays, sample reports, schema templates, and report rendering on the Aoraforge website are Aoraforge's intellectual property. The customer's report is licensed to the customer for internal use and unrestricted forwarding within their organisation. The customer may share their own report publicly at their discretion.

8. Term and termination

One-time orders (Free Diagnostic, Snapshot Audit, Pro Audit + Roadmap) terminate when the report is delivered. Recurring engagements terminate at the end of the current billing cycle on customer request via the cancellation method documented at purchase.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties will attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith email negotiation within 14 days of written notice.

10. Changes to these terms

Aoraforge may update these terms by publishing a revised version at this URL. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
